Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abirami Audio. Please read our return policy carefully:

Digital Downloads

  • All purchases of digital music downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once a download link has been delivered, the order is considered final.

Music USB Cards

  • We accept returns for music USB cards only if they are physically damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the USB card must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at admin@abiramiaudio.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order details and a description/photo of the damage.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned USB card, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
